Existing custom developed home automation solutions are highly expensive and are beyond the reach of a common man. TIBS Homer is a compact IoT module that when integrated into an existing switchboard can turn the current dump switchboards onto a smart switch board. It is so ergonomically designed that retrofitting the same is easy and can be done in a minimal amount of time. This empowers the users to control the appliances from their smart phones from anywhere over the web. Over and above Homer also extracts accurate individual appliance level power readings.

Homer Variations

Homer Lite

Homer Lite can fit inside existing switch boards and manage equipment that consumes up to 5A. It is best suited to control your fan, TV and lights. Each Homer Lite module can support up to a maximum of 8 devices but is modular in design and hence can be customized according to ones needs to manage and control lesser number of devices. It can operate over Wi-Fi, ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, LoRA and BLE.

Homer Hi-Fi

Homer Hi-Fi is a wireless module to control devices that consumes up to 25A. It is ideal for air conditioners and water pumps. Module helps to control the appliances remotely and also measures its actual power consumption in real time. It can operate over Wi-Fi, ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, LoRA and BLE.

All-in-one LHT (Light, Humidity & Temperature) Sensor

An all integrated LHT sensor is a USB pluggable device which allows users to monitor light, humidity and temperature of any given environment. This can work along with the Homer light and HiFi modules to control your environment automatically. Users can configure the required temperature, humidity and intensity of the lighting using the Home Dashboard. LHT sensors will provide the input for the Homer modules to adjust the environments accordingly.

LHT provides users with real time streams of Ambient Light, Humidity & Temperature of any given environment.
Users can set thresholds for each of these parameters and alerts will be generated either as notifications in the app OR via email OR SMS.
Most ideal for climatic controlled environments like server rooms, Cold storages, Airports, Refrigerated Trucks

LPG and CO Sensor

A USB pluggable device which can be plugged in closer to your LPG supply line or cylinder to sense any LPG leakage and alert the user. It can also switch off the entire power supply so that major catastrophes can be averted. It can turn on the Alarm system and can be turned on if the notifications go unnoticed or if the leakage intensity increases beyond a certain limit as set by the user using the Homer Dashboard.

Door Opening Detection Sensor

Once the sensors are manned, any movement to the doors or windows will trigger appropriate actions as configured by the user in the Homer dashboard. It operates on battery.

TIBS IoT Gateway (TGway)

• Tranquility IoT Gateway (TGway) can support ZigBee, Wi-Fi, 6LoWPAN, Ethernet, Modbus.
• Homer application runs directly on TGway itself and hence cuts any dependency on external connectivity to access the applications otherwise hosted on the cloud
• It can also act as a Wi-Fi access point in case there is no Wi-Fi backbone.
• TGway have built in GSM module (sim/eSIM)
