Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP Convertor

Smart Meter Wireless Adaptor is a Low Form Factor pluggable module which when connected to the normal smart-meter turns it into an IoT device. It acquires all energy readings from the meter via serial communication and sends them to the remote server via cloud. These energy readings can be accessed and analysed remotely using web/mobile applications.

It can interface with Modbus RTU over RS232/RS485 ports and also Modbus TCP.

Benefits

When wireless connection is lost, data is stored internally and pushed to the cloud when connection is re-established. Aggregator will slot the delayed data in appropriate data blocks and automatically rework the aggregations as
appropriate.

Machine Utilization can be monitored through the use of wireless smart meters which constantly stream the data. It will help to identify what is the idle run time, load run time and shut down time of each machine.
